January 22, 2014 at 5:32 pmYou are so right, visiting Washington, D.C. can be very overwhelming for first time visitors, I know it was for us the first time we visited. This is a great list you have put together here. We always enjoy visiting the Smithsonian Museums when we are in Washington, I don’t think we will ever see everything they have on display there!

January 23, 2014 at 1:20 pmYes, you’re correct in saying that DC can be overwhelming. There are too many things to see with little or no time to see it all. We love the Smithsonian Museums.

February 15, 2014 at 11:43 pmHusband loved Air and Space, and I enjoyed American History. We also walked the full circuit to see all the memorials. We visited Ben’s Chili Bowl and Oohs and Aahs (and had Chipotle for the first time!)

February 16, 2014 at 12:08 amI’ll have to go check out Oohs and Aahs next time we are in DC. There are so many great places to eat and see in DC. We also find something new to see each time we visit.
