    I think Classpass is great for getting variety in the workout. My membership has really helped me stay consistent. Now I just wish I had a vacation to get in shape for!

    These tips are very timely for me. I’m going on a vacation next month, and I’ve been searching some tips on how to get fit. I want to look good in my swimwear! I guess the best tip you gave is to find a fitness partner, so there will be less cheat day for me.

    Hello Carmen,
    I have followed a new weight loss process. It’s called Kito Diet. Result comes up very fast. Besides that i took some natural supplements. Those help me more faster to burn extra fat. Those products were US made. So it was trusted one.
