Valentine’s Day 2021 will probably be very different this year for most people, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t celebrate still with your loved ones! If giving gifts is your love language, this luxury gift guide will include gifts for him, her, and for partners to enjoy together. From clever gadgets to classic presents with a twist and even some interactive virtual activities (or try cooking at home!), there truly is something for everyone to enjoy this Valentine’s Day….
Premium Roses – Flowers might be a cliche gift, but these are no ordinary flowers. Premium Roses were designed and assembled in the heart of Silicon Valley, the home of cutting edge technology and creativity. Believe it or not, these beautiful roses require ZERO maintenance care and impressively last for an entire year! They also come in a stylish box which you can keep on your bedside table or any spot in the house. You can choose a small, medium or large box and they range from 9-25 roses. Premium Roses are the perfect gift for busy women who appreciate the beauty of flowers but don’t have time to remember to water plants on a weekly basis!
YSL Lipstick – Yves Saint Laurent, or YSL, is an iconic French luxury fashion house founded in 1961. I’ve always been a fan of their lipsticks which are just as high-end as the rest of their products, offering several couture-inspired colors. They are weighty and sleek in terms of packaging and feel, and also so feminine and beautiful – truly such a treat! You feel absolutely special when you use a YSL lipstick, which makes it the perfect gift. I’d recommend any of them, but especially their Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick Balm collection; several shades can be found at Sephora.
ROAM Luggage – I am a big admirer of ROAM Luggage, in fact I have a full post about it here. And while I know most travel isn’t possible right now, it is important to stay inspired and plan for future trips (or staycations)! And one of the most important aspects of planning for a vacation is deciding on the perfect suitcase. I personally want my luggage to be durable and practical, while also being stylish. Luckily, ROAM creates high quality luggage that expresses your personal travel style.
You can choose your own custom design, including the colors for everything like panels, handles, wheels, and even the stitching! They also let you add a free monogram which is such a wonderful personal touch too. I own The Jaunt Custom Carry-On in their gorgeous Rio Fire color which will be sure to stand out and not get lost amongst all the typically black suitcases! Every ROAM item is handcrafted, made-to-order, and you have a 100-day risk free trial, which is rare for any custom products. But that just shows how confident they are in their quality of products. I was not disappointed and really love seeing my initials ‘CE’ on this impeccably designed suitcase.
Herschel Supply Co. Duffle Bag – Herschel is based in Vancouver, Canada and is a design-driven brand that offers timeless pieces like backpacks, clothes, travel goods and accessories. I think their duffle bags in particular would make a great gift for that special man in your life! They’re practical yet sleek; I imagine them being used for a weekend staycation or quick getaway. The Herschel Novel Duffle is my favorite choice because it features a super functional side-access shoe compartment. I think keeping footwear separate and easily accessible is absolutely a smart decision, especially for a duffle bag!
Temperature Control Stainless Steel Mug – The newest temperature control smart mug from Ember is such a practical and clever gift! Gone are the days where you keep having to re-heat your cup of coffee or tea at home in the microwave. You can choose the exact temperature you prefer your drink to remain at (between 120°F – 145°F). The battery is long lasting and this temperature control mug will keep your drink perfectly hot for up to 1.5 hours, or all day with the newly redesigned charging coaster! Even more impressive, you have the option to control your mug with an app on your smartphone. If you pair your mug to your phone, you can easily set the temperature, customize presets, receive notifications and more. This futuristic product is fun and useful!
Apple AirPods Max – Apple AirPods Max are the newest product from Apple that are taking the tech-world by storm. While I personally love my AirPods Pro’s that go inside my ear, my husband prefers over the ear headphones. AirPods Max also offer incredible noise cancellation so you can fully immerse yourself in your music, podcasts, or various entertainment. There is also the handy transparency mode for hearing and interacting with the world around you. The knit-mesh canopy and memory foam ear cushions provide an exceptional and comfortable fit. Wireless headphones are absolutely the way to go and Apple knows what they’re doing with the AirPods Max!
Subscription Boxes – If you read my recent post about unique monthly subscription boxes, you will know there are so many amazing ones out there to choose from! In terms of finding the best one to enjoy with your partner or gift them on Valentine’s Day, I have a couple in mind that would be perfect. Night in Boxes were specifically designed for a date night at home so that’s a no brainer. Each box includes several interactive activities, accessories for ambiance, music, high-quality snacks, a chef curated dinner menu and more! Shaker & Spoon is another great choice if you’re both mixology lovers. Each box will provide 3 recipes and ingredients you need to make up to 12 delicious cocktails. But if your partner is a fan of jewelry, the Emma & Chloe monthly subscription box is an incredible gift because they will receive a unique new design every month! Subscription boxes are the gift that keeps on giving.
Airbnb Experiences – Airbnb Experiences have always been a great way to see a destination through the eyes of a local. And during the pandemic, several of these amazing experiences are still available to enjoy virtually! I wrote about ALL of my favorite online airbnb experiences here. For Valentine’s Day in particular, I think doing an interactive food experience would be so fun. There are plenty to choose from like learning to make pasta with an Italian grandmother, make Swedish pastries with a professional baker, or even a gin history and cocktail class!
