December is finally upon us! Black Friday and Cyber Monday have come and gone, but if you are anything like me, you have barely scratched the surface with your Christmas shopping. Hopefully this gift guide will provide you, or a luxury travel lover in your life, with some beautiful and useful products.
For me, half the fun of traveling is coming home to go through all of the photos and memories from my trip. As much as I like sharing my vacation snaps on social media, it’s just as nice to have hard copies! This portable printer is about the size of a cell phone and can instantly print photos from your phone or tablet. Find out at the end of this post how to win one!
A suitcase is obviously essential for any trip. But do yourself a favor and get something stylish and durable for any adventure. You’ve probably seen these beautifully handcrafted suitcases across Instagram, and for good reason! I love all of their collections but their ‘Editor Black Carryon‘ is a particular favorite.
Packs Project Weekender Bag
If you’re looking for something smaller than a suitcase, a weekender bag is the perfect solution! Packs Project is a fabulous company that believes in purchasing with a purpose. 10% of every purchase you make goes towards their project of building schools in underdeveloped nations and helping alleviate the world from global illiteracy. If that weren’t amazing enough, their bags are also very beautiful and high quality. I absolutely love my Kingman Weekender in black with gold zippers. For those who are not a fan of leather products, this is made with vegan leather so no need to worry.
JORD Wood Watches
JORD kindly gifted me one of their gorgeous wooden watches earlier this year and I was so impressed with the quality, I knew I had to include them in my guide. Not only do these hand-crafted timepieces look incredible on your wrists, they also come in the most beautiful wooden boxes which you can get engraved! Of course, I had to stick with a travel theme and I think it came out perfectly. I went with the stunning Koa and Rose Gold Watch.
These makeup travel bags were created by women who travel for women who travel. They have thought of everything! Kusshi uses the highest quality leather and their makeup bags have a convenient zip out interior lining that can be machine washed. I also love the zippers on both sides so that I can see all of my makeup easily without digging around.
I know most people are familiar with the popular rental website, but Airbnb is offering so much more now! You can really learn how to live like a local by having an actual local take you around to see the sights. Airbnb Experiences can range from an afternoon sightseeing or foodie experience to training with a true samurai artist! There are so many unique experiences to choose from and if you’re considering this as a gift for someone, Airbnb provides gift cards. I always recommend taking food tours when you travel as a way to get to know a destination’s history and culture through food! I highly recommend this one in beautiful Southern California.
Life will never be the same on your next beach vacation once you get a hold of these towels. As much as I love lounging by the sea, sand is just annoying. With clever engineering, Tesalate towels allow the sand to slip off very easily AND they dry in record time. What more could you need? Okay, they are compact, light, and stylish too. I’m obsessed!
Olloclip Lens Set for iPhone
These award winning mobile lenses are such a fun addition to your smart phone, especially on your travels. If you prefer to travel lightly or don’t want to spend money on a fancy camera, Olloclip will make your phone photos look high quality and unique! I’d recommend the Core Lens Set which includes the Fisheye, Super-Wide, and Macro 15x lenses.
These travel pouches are designed by Swedish stylist and creative director, Jennifer Jansch. I love how they are printed with images of what’s inside, as a stylish way to keep your to-go essentials easily contained. They also keep my suitcase as organized as possible!
Noise cancelling headphones are an essential for me on any flight. I first fell in love with Bose headphones years ago on a flight with American Airlines in their first-class cabin. While over-the-ear options are great, they aren’t as easy to carry around everywhere. Therefore, I’d recommend these QuietComfort earphones! The sound quality is just as great as the small size.
I think monthly subscription boxes are a great gift idea for those people in our lives who are difficult to shop for. A travel-themed subscription box is even better in my world! Who wouldn’t want a present arriving at their doorstep every now and then? I’d highly recommend Try The World; they deliver a gourmet food box from a new country every month with eight products that are curated from notable chefs around the world. They only provide items from small, family-owned companies who follow artisan methods of production which is something I really like!
