Something about the water areas are getting to me… Love the bathtub first, next to the full-length window so that I can keep an eye on Manhattan as I soak, and then the long and windowed spa pool area looks great. The designer for this place did well.

The bathtub in the bathroom is fantastic with the views of Manhattan. The swimming pool and spa on the top floor were a favorite of mine as well.

I absolutely loved the decor throughout the hotel as well. The location is perfect, it’s within walking distance to Central Park, and The Museum of Modern Art.

Great photos Carmen… Wanted to ask you about how much light the rooms get? One of the problems I’ve had with midtown hotels in general is with all the tall buildings blocking the natural light. This seems to be quite high up, but how did you find the rooms?

It all depends on how high you are in the building. I found the room to be very bright, and the views of Manhattan from every direction were spectacular.

I would stay there just to soak in that tub! I’d be interested to find out more about the Masters Food & Wine. I will put this on my list in case I ever find myself in NYC again.

OOO so very luxurious. I was actually impressed with the room size, which is quite grand for being in NY. The poor looks cozy and there is that chic often associated with NY reflected across the hotel. Brilliant choice of a hotel.
